For individuals who've concrete flooring this may add plenty of expense as digging to the floor might be pricey. An engineer who is not aware when it comes to to rules could cause severe problems. Boiler siting could also lead to further problems sometimes. New condensing heating central heating boilers might cause pluming issues which could mix neighbour restrictions. Pluming kits are available and could eradicate this problem. Boiler flue terminal positions is an additional problem however, these will probably be rare. The terminal should be the very least 30cm from window or door openings to avoid products of combustion re-entering the house. Should there be few other alternative than to place boiler alongside a window that's not in use it'll either need impeding up, ie cementing and bricking up or it'll need screws devote to make sure that it cannot open. Despite the fact that the second technique is within the scope in the rules it may be recommended better bricking up.
